This project involved a full-scale renovation and extension of a residential property, starting with site safety setup and internal strip-out. Demolition cleared outdated structures, followed by new foundations, steel supports, cavity walls, and suspended floors. Roofing featured GRP and artificial slate with thermal insulation and skylights.

Windows, doors, and balconies were renewed for better flow, while utilities included wet underfloor heating, full rewiring, WiFi mesh, CCTV, central heating, AC, and gas lines. Finishes encompassed marble, limestone, granite, porcelain, and mosaic tiling, plus engineered hardwood and carpeting.

Custom joinery added wall panelling, kitchens, and bathrooms with quartz worktops. Internal and external decorating, rendering, and garden works completed the transformation, including patios, flower beds, stonework, fencing, and porcelain tiling.
