This ambitious development in Muswell Hill transformed a property into four luxury flats for a real estate investor. We started with safety mains exclusion, site hoardings, internal strip-out, and comprehensive demolition of structures, roofs, and walls.

Foundations were reinforced with underpinnings, new drainage, SVPs, manholes, concrete slabs, and liquid screed, supported by propping and steelworks.
