New installations included timber stud partitions, tanking, internal doors with thresholds, hot/cold pipework, a gas combi boiler replacement, radiators, towel rails, and heating controls. Bathroom specifics featured showers with trays/mixers/screens, sinks, baths with panels/taps, toilets, and mastic sealing. Electrical upgrades encompassed sockets, switches, lights, extractors, and a doorbell.
