This Uxbridge refurbishment for a private homeowner transformed an orangery and garage starting with safety mains exclusion, internal strip-out, and structural/external demolitions. We installed concrete slabs, traditional screed, propping, steelworks, cavity/parapet walls, new roof structures with GRP/interlocking tiles, and rainwater systems for durability.

A bespoke lantern, Victorian-style windows, garden double doors, partial rewiring, ceiling-mounted projector/screen/speakers, and wet underfloor heating enhanced functionality. Dry linings, large-format tiling, resin flooring, new skirtings/architraves/doors, bespoke automatic garage door, walnut joinery, and internal/external decorating completed the aesthetics.

A security gate added protection, creating an integrated, high-end space that blends entertainment with practicality.
